If you click Appoint Chairman, your votes will automatically be cast as discretionary in your voting card.

By default your voting card will not appear automatically so you will need to click View to access it.

  1. 1. Click View to see the voting card
  2. 2. Select your preferred option to change the instruction on individual resolutions
  3. 3. Press save to confirm changes to this card
  4.  

 

If you choose Appoint Chairperson a new question will appear on the meeting request page asking how would you like to vote on new resolutions put at the meeting. Here you can select:
